How much does each condo cost per night?
2026 and 2027 nightly rates in US dollars. Low season is May 1 – September 30, high season October 1 – April 30, and holiday rates apply over Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's. Prices below are tonight's rate:

Are there cleaning fees?
Cleaning is optional and can be arranged with us: full clean $125 USD (1 bedroom) or $150 USD (2 bedroom), inside only $75 USD, outside only $75 USD.
How do I book?
Choose Book Now, enter your dates and group size, pick an available condo and pay securely by card. Stays of 1 to 90 nights can be booked online. For longer stays or questions, use See Availability to send us a request.
When do I pay?
The full amount is paid up front at checkout. Your dates are held for 30 minutes while you complete payment; if payment isn't finished, they're released for other guests.
What happens after payment?
You'll see a "Booking confirmed" page with your condo, dates and total, and those dates are immediately blocked so no one else can book them. Your reservation is saved in our booking system; contact us any time with questions about your arrival.
What is the cancellation policy?
Our cancellation and refund terms aren't published online yet. Please contact us before booking at +52 612 154 3292 and we'll confirm the terms for your dates.
Is there a minimum stay?
Online bookings start at one night. If a minimum applies for your dates, we'll let you know.
